Once your payment has been made, you will need to fill out the design survey.  We will start on your project staying in contact with you for any questions or updates. It is helpful to have timely responses to move the process along.  All communication is via email.

2-3 revisions are allowed for each design element, this includes logo and print designs.  Anything beyond 3 revisions will be charged a design fee

We will need to know the sizing for printed materials before we create a design. It’s also helpful for us to know which printer you will be using.

Once the files are delivered to you, no other changes can be made.  There are no refunds/cancellations given and MDG reserves the right to refuse a request.  We promise to work hard to ensure you LOVE your design!

Digital files included in your purchase include – .AI / EPS / JPG (web and print) / PNG (transparent background)

Pricing is subject to change.  Payment for design services is due before work begins.  We do not accept deposits or partial payments currently.

Once your logo + print files are delivered to you via email you become the owner of the files.  The files will be delivered to you via drobox where you can download them.  Please be sure to download all of them as soon as possible as we will not keep the files uploaded for an extended period of time. Copyright Info: If you are using a trademarked or copyrighted image, phrase, quote we (Miss Design Girl) are not responsible for any repercussions due to you using the image, phrase or quote. We (Miss Design Girl) are not liable if you choose to sell the design on a trademark class such as an apparel design where the phrase/image is trademarked in that class. If you are going to sell the design it is your responsibility to do due diligence and research any copyright or trademarked items, phrases, or images.

Our design services do not include printing of any kind.

Hand lettered logos are not included in our standard logo design service.

Miss Design Girl reserves the right to promote design projects on social media.

Font files are not included in the files delivered to you, but we will have links available for you to purchase the font if you’d like.
